Position: Property Manager (residential)

Our property management client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of success in managing multiple residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing, showing units, and screening potential tenants
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring expenses are within budget and identifying areas for cost savings
- Negotiate and execute contracts with vendors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs
- Monitor rental rates and market trends to make recommendations for rent increases or decreases
- Develop and implement property-specific policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all property-related activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions
- Keep up-to-date with local and state laws and regulations related to property management and ensure compliance at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to property management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
