Due to our business requirements changing, we need to recruit another part time Administrator - based at our office in Plaitford, Romsey.
This role will be 5 Days per week Monday - Friday (5 hours per day)
Job role
· Answering the telephone, dealing with Area Managers, suppliers, contractors and staff. Passing on messages to the relevant person.
· Checking the administration office email account on a daily basis and deal with/process as necessary.
· Sending out iAuditor Inspection Reports to clients on a weekly/monthly basis and dealing with any queries that may arise from these.
· Emailing Waste Removal KPI's as and when required to clients and keeping a log of when and who these need to be sent too.
· Organisation of site jobs via suppliers, subcontractors and Area Managers as and when required. Sending quotes to clients with regards to site jobs as required.
· Ordering and keeping the uniform cupboard stocked.
· Assisting with staff enquiries - holidays, timesheets and any other adhoc enquiries.
· Printing and binding H&S Manuals and Cleaners Daily Comments Books.
· Monthly Vehicle Checks – contacting Area Managers to organize these checks, reporting back to the office manager and logging the results.
· Save specific client Purchase Orders onto the system.
· Ordering office stationary as and when required.
· Assisting the Payroll Administrator as and when required.
· Printing supplier invoices and passing to the Accounts Department, filing once they have been dealt with.

Pay: £12.25-£12.50 per hour
