Job Description:
Operations Manager, 4 star Resort style hotel, multi outlet F&B. Refurbishment program commencing September 2025. £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our diverse and vibrant food and beverage operations and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire Food & Beverage operations for the resort, including the hotel restaurant, bar, spa and golf course dining.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of F&B professionals, ensuring excellent service standards and seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies that align with the resort’s brand, enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Hotel Management, and Marketing team to manage special events, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain and elevate the resort’s F&B reputation through consistent guest feedback and proactive problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior F&B management role, ideally within a quality resort, hotel, or similar high-end environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• A passion for hospitality with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of current F&B trends, sustainability practices, and high-end service delivery.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• A background in managing F&B operations in venues with diverse offerings (restaurant, bar, spa, golf course, etc.) is highly preferred
