Location: Slough, Berkshire
Start Date: September 2024
Contract Type: Full-time | Long-term | Potential to go permanent
Salary: £140 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a well-regarded Junior School in Slough to appoint a passionate, dedicated and creative Class Teacher for the new academic year.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team within a school that places inclusion, wellbeing and achievement at the heart of everything it does.
The Role:
Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons to a Key Stage 2 class
Plan, mark and assess pupils’ learning in line with national curriculum expectations
Create a positive learning environment that supports pupil development
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and families to meet pupils’ individual needs
Promote a love of learning and help all children thrive
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Have recent experience teaching in a primary or junior school setting (ideally KS2)
Bring energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to pupil progress
Have excellent classroom management and planning skills
Be eager to contribute to the wider life of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
