The Role
Reporting into the SPC General Manager at Semperian a leading UK Asset Management business you will be responsible for a flagship healthcare PFI contract overseeing the delivery of Total Facilities Management services into University College London Hospital (UCLH). This is a high performing PFI contract, and the successful candidate will need to take day to day responsibility for services delivery and performance monitoring, working closely with the FM provider to ensure performance against the obligations of the contract and otherwise provide assistance to the General Manager on technical, commercial and operational matters. The role is based at the UCLH estate in North London.
The Candidate
My client Semperian are ideally looking for an ambitious candidate with previous healthcare experience. This will ideally be directly from PFI contracts in an SPC environment or for an FM provider, NHS Trust or a consultancy. An understanding of hard FM and an ability to monitor the FM Provider and to communicate with the client and stakeholders about technical matters is essential. You will need to have excellent communication skills, to be able to work collaboratively with many stakeholders and the ability to be able to identify risks early and manage to resolution. This is a London based role and therefore you will need to be able to travel to North London.

The company has been established to give Investors access to a large, diversified portfolio of mature Public Private Partnership (PPP) concession based investments, within the Social Infrastructure environment, they now manage over £7bn of assets across the UK.
Salary
