Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on Fire & Security systems
* Perform fault diagnosis, rectification, and preventative maintenance
* Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns
* Maintain accurate documentation and QA compliance
* Coordinate with specialist subcontractors when required
* Support the growth of the contract with system upgrades and project works
* Assist other trades as needed, prioritising workload effectively
Essential
Skills & Experience Required
* Fire & Security Apprenticeship or equivalent
* Health & Safety training
* GCSEs ('O' Level) in Maths & English or equivalent
* Certified experience in fire alarms
* Practical experience in IP and analogue CCTV
* IPAF trained & valid Chapter 8 ECS card
Desirable
* City & Guilds Part 3 (Electrical Installation 2360) or equivalent
* IT & Networking knowledge
* Supervisory experience for future career growth
