Overview:
The Chef de Partie will play a key role in delivering the refined, high-quality dishes that define our Japanese fusion concept. You will manage your own section with precision, consistency, and a deep respect for ingredients and technique, contributing to a smooth service and the ongoing development of the menu. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes within your section to the highest standard
Maintain strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients, techniques, and flavour profiles
Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy during service
Assist with mise en place and daily preparation
Collaborate with senior chefs on dish development and specials
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food-safety standards
Communicate clearly and support the wider kitchen team
Ideal Candidate: Previous Chef de Partie experience in a high-quality kitchen, with Michelin-star experience preferable
Strong technical ability and passion for Japanese flavours and fusion cuisine
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Calm, disciplined, and efficient during fast-paced service
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute creatively to the menu
