Brighton Met College, part of the Chichester College Group, is recruiting for an Admissions and Enrolment Advisor (Ref: BRTN8072). Pro rata of £25,582 - £25,683 per annum (i.e. £15,556.62 - £15,618.04). 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Mon - Wed 9.00am - 5.00pm).
Are you looking for that perfect part time role, in the convenient location of central Brighton? As our Admissions & Enrolment Advisor, you will take the lead in managing the admissions process for one or more of the College’s curriculum areas and will deliver a customer focused service providing impartial advice and guidance relating to college courses, as well as signposting applicants to courses that meet their educational needs across the Group. You can be part of our learners’ first experience of the College and signpost them to courses which can influence their future careers and opportunities!
This is an interesting and varied role which involves working closely with the Group’s curriculum areas to ensure that applicants are offered the right course to continue their educational journey into their chosen career. Our Admissions and Enrolment Advisor will have experience of working in a customer service environment and within an administrative role.
Responsibilities
* Lead in managing the admissions process for one or more of the College’s curriculum areas.
* Provide a customer focused service with impartial advice and guidance relating to college courses.
* Signpost applicants to courses that meet their educational needs across the Group.
* Contribute to ensuring applicants are offered the right course to support their educational journey.
Qualifications
* Experience of working in a customer service environment and within an administrative role.
