What We’re Looking For NMC registration – nurse qualified (RGN, RMN or RNLD). Proven track record of managing large nursing homes with positive Care Inspectorate outcomes. Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a focus on development and wellbeing. Deep understanding of nursing, dementia, and palliative care best practice. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for delivering exceptional care and fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism.
