We’re seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of UK Business Leader, overseeing the execution of our client’s vendor business plan and providing leadership to the dedicated vendor team.
Your Role:
1. Business Strategy: Drive the execution of the UK vendor business plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire our vendor team to achieve success, providing guidance and support to ensure the realization of SMART objectives.
3. Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with regional vendor stakeholders, up to VP level, and represent our company at high-profile meetings and industry events.
4. Operational Excellence: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to maximize revenue and enhance business performance.
5. Communication: Serve as an expert communicator and presenter, effectively conveying the commercial proposition of our partnership with vendor to senior reseller contacts.
6. Performance Management: Undertake regular performance reviews and one-on-one sessions with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Prerequisites:
7. Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading teams to revenue growth, particularly in Cyber Security or related product lines.
8. Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in an IT channel sales position, with experience managing multi-level teams.
9. Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator and presenter, comfortable negotiating with senior stakeholders.
10. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
