Vision for Education are seeking General Cover Teachers to work across SEND settings. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, maintaining structure in the classroom, and supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ASC, ADHD, SEMH. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and key stages Support pupils with diverse SEND needs, adapting your approach as required Manage classroom behaviour using positive and consistent strategies Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff Provide feedback to the school and agency following each assignment Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND QTS, HLTA status, or relevant classroom experience (desirable) Strong behaviour management and adaptability A patient, proactive, and flexible approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK About you: To be considered for the General Cover Teacher role, you will: Hold suitable qualifications, QTS/PGCE or relevant teaching experience Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
