Your organisational prowess and proactive mindset will ensure everything runs smoothly! Here's what you'll do: Support executives in daily administrative tasks. Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings with ease. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision. Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives. ✈️ Assist in project management and tracking deadlines. Organise company events and meetings, making sure they're memorable! Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
