Deputy Head Pathways - Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Faculty in leading and managing the Pathways team to deliver excellent outcomes for learners. Drive innovation in curriculum design and inclusive teaching strategies. Provide coaching, mentoring and support to academic staff to help them thrive professionally. Monitor student progress and support continuous quality improvement. Play an active role in faculty planning and cross-college development initiatives.
