Learning Support Assistant - Lewisham Immediate Start£105 - £120 per day

This role involves supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to engage with their learning and reach their full potential.

Learning Support Assistant - Main Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs Support students in accessing the curriculum and staying engaged in lessons Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working in a school or with children Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner A passion for supporting students and making a difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills* DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
