Our client, a leading UK charity supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities, is looking for a dedicated Experienced School Nurse (Complex Care) to provide essential care to children with complex health needs in a specialist school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to children with SEND and PMLD
* Act as the main contact for school nursing in the absence of the Lead School Nurse
* Assess, plan, and evaluate care in collaboration with families and professionals
* Manage safe medication administration and maintain medical supplies
* Support immunisation and health promotion initiatives
* Maintain accurate, confidential nursing records

* Salary up to £51,204 per annum (DOE)
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – no weekends

About You:
* Registered Nurse (RCN / RGN / RNLD)
* Minimum 2 years at Band 5 or 1 year at Band 6
* Experience with children with complex health needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident working both independently and within a team
