Account Manager Integrated Facilities Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedAccount Managerto oversee the delivery ofIntegrated Facilities Management (IFM)services for a key national client.
Based primarily inPeterborough, you will be responsible for managing a£2 million national account, ensuring high standards of service delivery, strong client relationships, and effective operational performance.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the account, acting as the primary point of contact for the client while ensuring FM services are delivered efficiently across the contract.
The role will involve overseeing service delivery, managing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve service and add value for the client.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery ofIntegrated Facilities Management servicesacross the account
* Act as themain point of contact for the client, building strong working relationships
* Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs and service standards are consistently met
* Oversee operational performance and service delivery
* Manage financial performance across the£2m contract
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and service providers
About You
* Proven experience inFacilities Management or Account Management
* Must be technically qualified or experience managinglarge or national hard services FM contracts
* Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with the ability to manage contract performance
