The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead strategic initiatives across digital, infrastructure, and operational domains. This role involves managing complex projects, engaging stakeholders, and delivering impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. It offers a broad exposure to various business functions. Key responsibilities include: Implementing delivery models to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Engaging with senior stakeholders for planning and strategic alignment. Managing the Tech Programme, overseeing workstreams and status updates. Collaborating across teams, markets, and brands, leveraging UK market skills for global initiatives. A proven track record in programme management is essential to empower the right candidate to succeed in our business. Key Responsibilities Monitor programme progress and improve delivery efficiency. Manage Project Managers, ensuring success and clarity in ways of working. Maintain disciplined portfolio management, tracking scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and decisions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and restaurants, ensuring engagement and support. Build strong relationships with partners and franchises. Present confidently to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring content for engagement. Handle conflicts professionally, focusing on the best business outcomes. Coach and motivate team members and contractors, fostering accountability. Candidate Requirements Qualifications in project management (agile/waterfall); technical qualifications preferred but not essential with proven experience. Programme Management certification in waterfall or agile frameworks. Experience delivering technology software and hardware projects. Experience as an IT Programme Manager, preferably in Hospitality or Retail. Experience working across multiple markets and supporting global initiatives. Ability to set up and run programmes effectively. Strong communication skills, including presenting to C-suite executives. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder alignment. Proficiency in end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Waterfall methods. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure in an agile environment. Vendor relationship management, including contract negotiations. Adaptability and cross-functional agility. Knowledge of PMO processes and project management tools (Jira, Monday.com). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
