We’re working with a large, well-respected commercial property business with an outstanding culture and strong values, to recruit an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor to lead their property asset management strategy.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee a significant investment property portfolio, combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery to maximise performance, ensure compliance, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and deliver efficiency savings and income generation opportunities.
2. Drive value creation through effective asset management – lease renewals, rent reviews, and re-gears.
3. Lead the strategic and operational oversight of the investment property portfolio.
4. Oversee property management activities, ensuring compliance with Landlord & Tenant Law, Service Charge Code, and relevant regulations.
