What You'll Do
As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will:
? Work closely with pupils in the SEND Base, providing tailored support to meet diverse learning and developmental needs
? Assist in delivering engaging learning activities and interventions
? Support behaviour, independence and emotional development as part of a calm, trauma-informed approach
? Collaborate with teachers and the wider support team to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment
