The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well-established and growing property management company in London.
This role offers the chance to manage a diverse residential portfolio, working closely with landlords and tenants to deliver a professional and efficient management service. You’ll be part of a structured team with strong processes in place, offering stability and clear opportunities for progression.
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Coordinating maintenance issues and repairs with contractors
* Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation
* Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs
* Managing deposit disputes where required
* Maintaining accurate records and property files
* Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout
About You
* Previous experience in Property Management
* Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Calm and professional approach when handling issues
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
