Aria Healthcare is seeking a friendly, caring, and welcoming Receptionist to join their team at the Oaken Holt Estate in Farmoor, Oxfordshire. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting the smooth operation of the 53-bed residential and nursing home and the 40-bed nursing, dementia, and palliative care home.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Aria Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming people, handling telephone and email inquiries, managing visitor sign-in and security procedures, and providing administrative support as needed. You will be an effective communicator with a passion for supporting others and creating a positive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications
* No specific qualifications are required, but previous experience in a customer service or administrative role would be an advantage.
