We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Coventry to recruit three experienced SEN Teaching Assistants. These full-time positions offer an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of children with a range of needs, including autism and speech, language, and communication difficulties (SLCN).

Your Role as SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Deliver 1:1 tailored support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs
* Work with children awaiting specialist placements or assessments
* Assist class teachers in ensuring inclusive learning for all pupils
* Help implement support plans and monitor progress
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Support small group interventions and whole-school SEN strategies
* Foster communication, social, and independence skills
* Engage in ongoing CPD and school-based training opportunities
SEN Teaching Assistant - What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience supporting children with SEN (essential)

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Passion for long-term work in education or SEN support
