Summary

We are seeking an Personal Administrative Assistant to work directly with our CEO and Executive Director in Bromley. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional services.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organisation.
* Maintain organised and diarised records and ensure data accuracy.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing communications with key stakeholders.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation and data management.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and key stakeholders.
* Support financial processes using QuickBooks as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.

* Qualifications
* Proven administrative experience in a healthcare and/ or real estate office setting.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent typing skills and speed for efficient data entry.
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Previous experience with QuickBooks or accountancy software.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

* Personal Assistant/ Secretary: 2 years (required)
