Insurance Partner - National Role - Up to £165,000 salary + Excellent Benefits
A highly respected Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Partner to join its expanding Insurance practice. This is a national appointment with full flexibility — you can be based from any UK office and benefit from a hybrid working model.
Working alongside an established Partner, you will co-lead and further develop a thriving insurance litigation offering, advising key insurer and professional clients on complex, high-value disputes. The role offers real influence, combining strategic casework, team leadership and hands-on involvement in business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a varied caseload of insurance litigation files
* Deliver strategic advice to insurer and professional clients across multiple dispute types
* Supervise, develop and support junior team members
* Drive client development and contribute to practice-wide growth initiatives
* Help shape the long-term direction of the national Insurance practice
About You
* Current Partner, Principal Associate or Legal Director with strong insurance litigation expertise
* Portable following advantageous but not essential
* Commercially astute with a growth mindset
* Background from a leading city or national firm
* Passionate about leadership, client care and practice development
* Senior Associates ready to step up are also encouraged to apply
