Role

Working within Visa Compliance you will be part of the team which deals with day-to-day compliance queries from both students and academic departments/schools. You will be helping organise and deliver regular registration events, during which the team checks enrolled students have the right to study in the UK, and monitoring academic engagement for Student Visa holders to ensure they are complying with the terms of their sponsorship.

You will also assist in the development of team processes and systems, ensuring documentation is kept up to date as processes evolve.

If you are able to organise and prioritise your workload effectively, work with a high level of accuracy whilst under pressure and are committed to providing excellent customer service to support the student journey, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed

1. Strong IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft and Google Suite products
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide detailed advice and guidance on specialist defined processes and procedures to internal and external contacts
3. Ability to review procedures and processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and maximise efficiency; make recommendations for improvements as identified and implement agreed changes
4. Ability to write clearly and succinctly, and to maintain documentation for a variety of audiences, including user and technical documentation
5. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
6. Experience of providing an excellent standard of customer service
7. An energetic, professional and thorough approach to work, with an eye for detail
8. A commitment to data quality and the accuracy of data management
