We are looking for a highly skilled Management Reporting Team Leader to play a lead role in the Group financial reporting processes. Delivering consolidated group management reporting in line with requirements of the business you will ensure that it is of the highest quality and timely.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will plan, manage and deliver the group management accounts in line with the finance calendar and in support of the needs of the business. You will bring a subject matter expert level of knowledge and understanding to ensure that the accounts are presented to the highest levels of accuracy. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking to produce better quality reporting to shorter timelines, utilising technology and best practice to do so, whilst maintaining accuracy and developing deeper insight to the group performance. You will be part of the management reporting leadership team, influencing and leading the agenda for the entire team and you will lead a team of three finance professionals, supporting their development and growth aligned to the Company values.
About You
You are an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial process management and group consolidation. You are detail oriented whilst at the same time being able to see the bigger picture trends, challenges and opportunities. You thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively at all levels of the organisation and building effective relationships across the business units.
