Analytics Associate Director

The role
We are currently seeking an Associate Director with strong Amazon DSP experience where you'll be involved with drawing out Media insights and building out suitable audiences for a large cosmetics client.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be heavily involved in building out Audience strategy, segmentation to optimise workstreams.
Responsibilities
* AMC roadmap and testing agenda – continuing delivery against the maturity plan and commitments made
* Ongoing analysis and insights – delivering assigned workstreams and maintaining a consistent output to support optimisation and client discussions
* Integration with broader retail media strategy – connecting AMC outputs into DSP, Search and full-funnel planning as we evolve the “AMC growth engine”
* Oversee recurring tasks across teams - monthly reports & optimisation recommendations, QBRs
Your experience
* Proven experience and knowledge across Amazon DSP (AMC etc)
* Technical mindset who has understanding of coding (SQL)
* Insight-led who has proven experienced building out different audience types
* Agency experience is preferred but, not essential
