We're now hiring our first Data Analyst - a hands-on opportunity to shape the company's data culture, systems, and insights from the ground up. You'll take ownership of data quality, reporting, and analytics that drive smarter decisions across product, clinical, marketing, and operations. What You'll Do Monitor, clean, and govern data across CRM, pharmacy, fulfilment, and reporting systems. Build dashboards and automate reporting in Power BI or similar. Use SQL and Python to map, transform, and validate key data flows. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data insights. What You'll Bring Strong SQL and Python (or R) skills for data manipulation and automation. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau). Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. A solid background in Data Analytics - 5 years.
