Customer Team Member
Location: 90-94 Hoole Road, Woodchurch, Wirral, CH49 8EG
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, 6 month temporary contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service on tills and on the shop floor, and perform a wide range of tasks such as re-stocking shelves and cleaning spills.
* Deliver great shopping experiences by responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Keep the store safe, legal and well-presented; ensure shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Support the introduction of new products and services and share experiences with colleagues.
* Get involved in activities and events to support the local community.
