Residential building surveyor

Residential Surveyor Private Practice Berkshire / Oxfordshire - £70-90k OTE

Were working with a highly reputable, long established, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire an additional full time Residential Surveyor as follows:

1. Ideally MRICS / FRICS qualified, but keen to hear from experienced AssocRICS qualified Surveyors too
2. Building Surveying background preferred, General Practice considered with good building pathology knowledge
3. Coverage of RG and OX postcodes (or one/the other to suit) with long established offices in both (should you wish to base yourself out of either)
4. Entirely private workload (no panel/lender work)
5. L2 and L3 Surveys alongside New Build Snagging Reports and Private Valuations for a range of purposes (Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial etc.)
6. Strictly low volume / high quality focus (either 1x Survey or 2-3 valuations per day)
7. Lots of repeat business / referral work from local agents
8. Business has been established over 50 years, highly regarded and therefore providing excellent security.
