Join TSA Riley's Quality & Risk Team as an IMS Coordinator - Hybrid Role Based in Croydon.

Are you passionate about quality, environmental sustainability, and continuous improvement? TSA Riley is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Quality & Risk Team, supporting our Integrated Management System (IMS) across the UK, Ireland, and Malaysia.

Reporting to the Head of IMS, this role is ideal for someone who is eager to make a tangible impact by supporting the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards across the organisation. You will play a key role in enhancing our commitment to quality assurance, environmental management, and risk mitigation.

We're looking for an individual with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Whilst previous experience working with ISO standards is advantageous, it is not an essential requirement. More importantly, we value a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in sustainability. Particularly in carbon footprint measurement and environmental performance, which will be highly beneficial as we continue to drive forward our ESG and carbon management initiatives.

This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to split your working week between home and our Croydon office.

Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To

* Work closely with the (Global) Chief Risk Officer and Head of IMS (UK).
* Assist with the management and maintenance of multiple ISO standards in the UK.
* Plan and programme peer review audits in conjunction with service leads and office directors.
* Coordinate the completion of corrective action, making the required system improvements.
* In conjunction with colleagues in Australia and New Zealand, develop and regularly review policies and procedures where required.
* Undertake IMS audits in relation to ISO standards and internal department requirements.
* Make changes to processes and procedures which reflect the strategic priorities and objectives of the business, identifying areas of weakness and making plans to address them.
* Collaborate with the Quality & Risk team to identify compliance or operational risks and assist with developing management and mitigation strategies.
* Production and maintenance of ISO related data within Excel.
* Preparation of reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
* Processing of legal documentation.
* Sub-consultant Appointment processing, maintenance and performance evaluation.
* Controlled/standard document creation, maintenance and version control.
* Provide induction/training in relation to the IMS.
* Preparation for external audit across multiple offices.
* Work with accounts team to co-ordinate carbon measurement data and facilitate external verification of data.
* Maintain and update environmental compliance portals, ensuring accurate and timely input of data related to regulatory requirements and client-specific obligations.

Essential skills required are:

* First rate communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
* A strong self-starter and team player, enthusiastic and collaborative with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Meticulous eye for detail and committed to delivering excellence.
* The ability to plan, prioritise and deliver tasks under pressure and to strict deadlines.
* Adaptable and flexible with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and demonstrate sound judgement.
* Diligent and discreet with the ability to recognise the importance of maintaining confidentiality and act with integrity in all situations.
* Strong decision-making and planning skills with the ability to filter information and assess priorities to make informed decisions.
* Software proficiency: MS Office suite with strong MS Word, Excel, Power BI, Teams and PowerPoint skills.
