Cyber Security Analyst (Hybrid / Lincoln)
A charity is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Analyst to safeguard computer networks and systems. The role will work alongside another Security Analyst and report to the Information Security Manager.

Description
1. Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
2. Ensure that the organisation's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
3. Manage, monitor, and respond to security incidents.
4. Participate in the change management process, ensuring that security is considered throughout.
5. Conduct vulnerability assessments.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
7. Coordinate with different department heads and team members to increase the organisation's security posture.
Profile
* Recent experience working as a Cyber Security Analyst, backed by strong technical knowledge in IT servers, cloud, and networks.
* Experience in Microsoft environments.
* Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
* Understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure.
