Maintenance Supervisor – London Heathrow Night Shift
Due to some exciting projects, KONE is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our London Heathrow Team – night shift. The role is to manage and control projects from sales/installation hand‑over to completion at handover to client and maintenance. The supervisor is in charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete‑on‑time delivery of KONE solutions within budget. He/she acts as the KONE interface to customer and other stakeholders throughout the fulfilment process. In addition to this, the supervisor is expected to support the sales team in pre‑tender and tender activities as requested.
Core Responsibilities
The role requires:
* People management / Leadership
* Customer and sub‑contractor relationship management – single point of contact towards the customer during installation regarding site management, responsible for internal and external communication during the project
* Accountable for the financial result of the project (cannot be responsible for costs associated with changes in factory prices or exchange rate variables)
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong customer skills
* Good written and spoken English
* Excellent health and safety knowledge – essential for this role
* Driving licence
* Clear DBS check
