Main Responsibilities:
* Answering the main line and escalating queries to the Field Service Controller
* Raising Quotations & Service work orders on the in-house system and scheduling to engineers
* Organising and planning engineer’s schedules across various depots for routine maintenance and breakdowns on machinery
* Working with the parts team to ensure parts are available for engineers to attend site
* Organise and maintain the daily/weekly WIP (‘Work In Progress’ report)
* Raising purchase orders
* Assist service control and management with cost and completion of service work orders
* General data entry and other tasks requested by the business
Additional Responsibilities:
* Attending regular service meetings
* Work to develop a technical/mechanical understanding of the products
* Covering and support service administration role as and when required (Holiday / Sickness)
Work Experience Requirements:
* Demonstrable customer service experience, in a similar role or industry
* Proven administration experience
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment.
* Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Mathematically competent with good IT skills.
* Confident and clear telephone manner.
Education Requirements:
* Good general level of education including English, Maths, and IT.
