The position:
We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday // 08:30-17:00 (Available on weekends to support if there are any issues - rarely)
Salary: £14.42p/h
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: BS32 0BF
Role of an On-Site Coordinator:
* Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
* Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
* Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
* Dealing with colleagues queries
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Ensuring compliance in all areas
* Ambition and determination to succeed
* Recruiting candidates for Client
* Confident in building relationship with client
* Communication skills
As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
* Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
* The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
* Demonstrate attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
* Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
