Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, are looking to employ a Lettings Negotiator to their expanding team. The successful candidate will need to be driven and have experience working as a negotiator
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
1. Up to £20,000 basic salary
2. £28,000 On Target Earnings
3. 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
4. 5 Day Work Week
Working Hours:
5. Mondays – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30
6. Saturday’s | 09:00 – 16:00 | 3 out of 4 | lieu day in week.
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:
7. Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a negotiator
8. Ability to work within a team
9. Ambition
10. Self-motivated
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
11. Successfully Negotiating offers
12. Calling out new properties to potential tenants
13. Marketing updates to Landlords
14. Attending and booking Viewings
15. Booking Valuations
16. Relaying post viewing feedback
