We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. What you'll be doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training and hands-on support to develop into a full 360 consultant. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and managing relationships with clients to fully understand their hiring needs
Attracting, interviewing, and placing candidates into suitable roles
Developing a specialist market through business development and networking
Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from vacancy briefing to placement
Working to performance targets while delivering an exceptional serviceYou'll start with a strong foundation and quickly take ownership of your own desk, supported by experienced managers and access to Reed's market-leading tools and systems.
