The Role:
To work with the business function(s) to examine and communicate the requirements for changes to business processes and information systems in order to ensure an appropriate outcome.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with the business function(s) and offer guidance on the IS plan to achieve delivery of the business plan.
* Provide advice and guidance to the business function(s) on industry trends and recommend solutions to achieve business objectives.
* Undertake analysis of end-to-end business requirements and produce appropriate documentation using industry standard tools and techniques.
* Support the full project lifecycle including project leadership, requirements, design, test, and handover to support.
* Offer best practice & coaching to other team members to strengthen the overall knowledge of self and the team.
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of the business operation.
* Experience of project delivery.
* Good working knowledge of business technologies.
* Experience of managing both technical and non-technical project teams.
* Experience of influencing managers.
* General appreciation of 1 year plan.
