Responsibilities
- Support revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities and contributing to overall revenue growth through effective sales techniques
- Build client relationships: develop strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and encourage repeat business
- Coordinate show rounds and promotions: arrange engaging hotel show rounds, supporting promotional initiatives to attract new and returning clients
- Manage event sales pipeline: oversee the events calendar to maximise space utilisation, coordinate third‑party suppliers, and ensure seamless planning and execution of all events
- Oversee client handover: manage all event documentation and administration, ensuring accurate capture of client requirements and a smooth transition from sales to operations
- Support team and stakeholder collaboration: work closely with the Sales Manager and Senior Hotel Management Team to support team objectives, plan key events, and drive overall performance
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on urgency and discipline
- Experience in sales or event planning is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
