Vision for Education is seeking a calm, confident, and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students in managing their emotions and behaviour. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive, structured learning environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and thrive in school. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students develop self-regulation, social skills, and confidence. The role is suitable for someone patient, proactive, and committed to making a lasting impact.
Requirements
The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have:
* Experience working with secondary and primary school-aged children.
* Experience working with pupils with SEND.
* A passion for the progress of SEND pupils.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* The ability to build rapport quickly with students.
* Key qualities such as patience, empathy, and strong-willed nature.
