The Role You’ll join a busy, well-established team, working on a varied caseload including: Buying and selling farms, estates and country houses Agricultural tenancies, farm business structures and succession planning Rights of way, easements, sporting and equestrian leases Renewable energy projects, natural capital and biodiversity enhancements Estate planning for landowners and families Who We’re Looking For You’re a solicitor with: 1-5 years’ PQE in property law – ideally with some exposure to agricultural or rural property Sharp technical skills and meticulous attention to detail A collaborative, client-focused mindset Excellent communication skills Ambition to grow, learn and progress through our internal TOP (Trethowans Opportunities for Progression) framework.
