The Role
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (You pick your days!)
Start Date: From April
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Year 1.
* Support pupils’ academic and personal development through creative teaching approaches.
* Build a warm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Track pupil progress and use feedback to refine your practice.
* Manage classroom behaviour calmly and positively.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure every child succeeds.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.
* A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum.
* A reflective, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
