A housing association based in Birmingham City Centre are expanding their finance team. Today is this ad we are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk - someone who is an experienced candidate who can process high volume of invoices, Statement/Bank reconciliations and query management.
Main responsibilities include.
* Processing invoices through in house software system
* Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
* Statement and Bank Reconciliations
* Maintain ledger.
* Communicate internally and externally with departments/customers.
* Answering and resolving any AP related queries or escalated where necessary.
* Other ad hoc duties set out by senior management.
Ideal Candidate:
* Someone experienced within a similar role.
* Experienced working within the Housing sector
* Experienced using an accounting software such as Sage/SAP
* Great communication skills
* Happy to work 5 days in office.
