This is a hands-on role for a passionate leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leads by example in maintaining and elevating brand standards.
Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
You convey the hotel's brand image and service culture through your exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome and strong presence in the operations
Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team
Your Skills And Experience Include
Have previous experience in a similar related role in a hotel.
Be hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service.
Be confident and willing to push boundaries to create the best work atmosphere for your team, to manage, train, and develop.
Be solution-driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision-making.
Possess excellent communication and financial skills.
