About the Role To be part of a team of chefs to create remarkable puddings, striving to be Britain’s best kitchen… Core Responsibilities Ensuring all ingredients are of a high quality standard before use. Ensuring portion control on each dish prepared. To help and report to the sous chef daily. To work hygienically. Work closely with other sections and your team in a high volume kitchen. Good to Have Full training given. No experience necessary just a willingness to do a good job.
