Assistant Shift Manager Do you have leadership experience in a challenging and changing environment?We are looking for an Assistant Shift Manager who will support the day today delivery of the Primary Care delivery. Salary: £30.560 Location: Litherland Hub Closing Date: 02/05/2025 What will you be doing Support Hub managers and colleagues in overseeing the safe and efficient day-to-day operational delivery First point of contact for all queries from the team, offering support and guidance as per policies and procedures. Escalating where required. Handle and manage any incidents or complaints efficiently and effectively as they arise. Proactively plan how to avoid these in the future. Manage rota, absences and annual leave to ensure the service runs effectively. Plan and deliver a great induction to all new starters to ensure they are confident and clear in their responsibilities. Support the team, identify and deliver to any training needs ensuring they have everything in order to successfully deliver their responsibilities. Monitor telephony stats, ensure team are aware and able to meet KPIs, be a role model and leader on delivering KPIs Promote and be an expert on all policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance. What do I need Experience of working in a changing and challenging environment Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Capability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Knowledge of Microsoft office. Experience in using EMIS clinical systems.
