About the Team and Role
The eRostering Team implement and maintain HealthRoster (Optima), an RLDatix (Allocate) electronic rostering system. Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
We now require an additional 5 x HealthRoster Area Support Managers to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for providing implementation of the eRostering system to new services whilst reviewing roster practice and monitoring key performance indicators in existing services, providing expert analysis of data. The post holder will work closely with Service Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Team Leaders, Business Partners and finance colleagues to promote good rostering practice and provide advice to assist areas to remain within staffing budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement the eRostering system to new services
* Review roster practice and monitor key performance indicators
* Provide expert analysis of data
* Collaborate with Service Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Team Leaders, Business Partners and finance colleagues to promote good rostering practice
* Advise areas to remain within staffing budget
Qualifications
* Significant knowledge and experience of the RLDatix (Allocate) electronic rostering system
* Experience in data analysis and reporting
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
