Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant focused on SEMH support to make a meaningful impact within a school located in an area of high deprivation, serving students in social care or from low-income families.
Role: SEMH Support Teaching Assistant
Location: Eastbourne
Contract: Full or part-time
Salary: £80-100 per day

About the school:
The school in Eastbourne provides for 16 KS3 and 20 KS4 students. It features multi-use classrooms, a science lab, art room, and food technology space. The school aims to address underlying causes of difficult behaviors, facilitate re-engagement, and support pupils in developing regulation, pro-social behaviors, and resilience, with the goal of reintegration into mainstream settings.
Your role as a SEMH Support Teaching Assistant includes:
