This is a physically demanding role, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note: This role is based solely outdoors in the yard, regardless of weather conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working outside all year round and be prepared for a role that involves consistent manual handling and hard physical work. Pay Rates & Shift Information: Days: £12.76 per hour | 06:00 – 14:00 Afternoons: £15.95 per hour | 14:00 – 22:00 Nights: £16.97 per hour | 22:00 – 06:00The Role: As a Yard Operative, your main responsibility will be sorting and processing kegs unloaded from incoming wagons. This is a physically demanding position that requires a proactive approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy outdoor environment.
