The Journeying and Family Care team is central to providing information and guidance about fostering, adoption, and supported lodgings to a wide range of individuals across the UK. Our aim is to support and help develop confidence in individuals and couples as they navigate the application and assessment process and understand the care system so that they are well placed to put themselves forward as foster carers, adopters, or supported lodgings hosts.
As a Journeying and Family Care Coach, you will play a vital role in building relationships and standing alongside individuals and couples as they explore caring for vulnerable children. You will additionally signpost individuals and couples to other areas of support as required.
You will work as part of a collaborative team of 5, each bringing different skills, stories, and ideas, united in our shared vision and faith.
